Mr. Liecty stated their awareness of the agreement <br />between the San Francisco 49ers and the City as to the — <br />locker room facilities and felt no conflicts would occur <br />as schedules for this use were for different periods. He <br />stated they would be willing to enter into any contractual <br />agreement the City required. <br />City Manager's report included recommendation that if Council granted approval of <br />this request, a revocable permit be issued containing provisions for payment to <br />$150.00 for use of club house <br />City of $100.00 per month for use of field; plus conditions for payment of any <br />facilities, in addition to conditions for payment of any damage to facilities, etc. <br />damage to facilities, utilities and janitorial services. Councilman Bury expressed concern at availability of playing fields <br />being reduced for use of community youth. City Manager advised Park & Recreation <br />Commission had recommended Council approve this request. <br />Councilman Keckley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5274 GRANTING REVOCABLE PER- <br />MISSION TO THE CALIFORNIA PROFESSIONAL SOCCER CLUB TO UTILIZE FACILITIES IN <br />COMMUNITY PARK, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried on roll call vote, <br />Councilmen Bury and Petersen voting no. <br />Councilman Petersen moved to approve recommended time schedule submitted by Jenks <br />& Adamson to meet waste disposal requirements of the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board (report and recommendation submitted by City Manager to Council on <br />February 3, 1967) -seconded by Councilman Granger. On question Councilman Hender- <br />son asked that opportunity be given to check on costs for full secondary treat- <br />ment of sewage rather than costs for partial secondary treatment for this proposed <br />program.
