'a. That Robert H. Bury, Herbert G. Petersen, Ray A. <br />Weymouth, and Dixon Arnett, received the highest number of <br />votes given for said office of Councilman, and Robert H. Bury, <br />Herbert G. Petersen, Ray A. Weymouth, and Dixon Arnett, were <br />thereby elected Councilmen for the full term of four (4) years, <br />and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to <br />said Robert H. Bury, Herbert G. Petersen, Ray A. Weymouth, and <br />Dixon Arnett a Certificate of Election and to administer to <br />each of said persons the Oath of Office prescribed in the <br />Consitution of the State of California. <br />- 14 - <br />
