State of California, more particularly described as follows: <br />Portion of Lot 19 as shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision of a Part <br />of the Redwood Farm" filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County on July 9, 1902, in Book "E" <br />of Maps at Page 31 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at <br />Page 10, being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point said point being the intersection of <br />the Northwesterly boundary line of Roosevelt Avenue, 60.00 <br />feet in width and the Southwesterly boundary line of said <br />Lot 19; Thence North 45' 30' West along said Southwesterly <br />boundary line of Lot 19 a distance of 150.00 feet to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence contiguing along said <br />Southwesterly line of Lot 19 North 45 30' West a distance <br />of 125.00 feet; Thence leaving said Southwesterly line <br />North 440 30' East a distance of 138.85 feet; Thence South <br />45 30' East a distance of 125.00 feet; Thence South 44` 30' <br />West a distance of 138.85 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />4.
