Postmaster General of the United States was requested to have <br />issued a commemorative stamp in honor of California's Bi- <br />centennial. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to cause a certified <br />copy of this resolution to be sent to the California Bicentennial <br />Celebration Commission, the Postmaster General of the United <br />States, and the Portola Expedition Bicentennial Foundation. <br />
