3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Copenhaver <br />Construction Co. is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated February 16, <br />1968) between the City of Redwood City and Copenhaver Construction <br />Co, for the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br />mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract award. <br />-2- <br />
