' ✓Y✓..l� 4�AJ�VV <br />ORIGINAL <br />R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. <br />RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DESIGNATING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES <br />AND APPOINTING MEMBERS OF PRECINCT BOARDS FOR GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD 014 TUESDAY, APRIL 9, <br />1968, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH OR CAUSE <br />TO BE PUBLISHED A NOTICE OF ELECTION, LIST OF ELECTION <br />OFFICERS AND POLLING PLACES AND NOTICE OF NOMINEES FOR _ <br />PUBLIC OFFICE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That for the conduct of the general municipal election <br />to be held in said City on April 9, 1968, the City of Redwood <br />City shall be divided into 46 precincts as now established of <br />record by the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County, State <br />;l <br />of California, for general state and county election purposes <br />in said City. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 22804 of <br />the Elections Code, the following precincts are consolidated: <br />--(a)--Precinct 1 is consolidated with Precinct 49. <br />(b) Precinct 2 is consolidated with Precinct 3. <br />(c) Precinct 6 is consolidated with Precinct 50.. <br />(d) Precinct 7 is consolidated with Precinct 8. <br />(e) Precinct 9 is consolidated with Precinct 10. <br />(f) Precinct 121s consolidated with Precinct 53. <br />(g) Precinct 17 is consolidated with Precinct 18. <br />(h) Precinct 19 is consolidated with Precinct 20. <br />(i) Precinct 23 is consolidated with Precinct 56. <br />(j) Precinct 25 is consolidated'with Precinct 58. <br />(k) Precinct 26 is consolidated with Precinct 27. <br />(1) Precinct 28 is consolidated with Precinct 29. <br />(m) Precinct 30 is consolidated with Precinct 59. <br />(n) Precinct 31 is consolidated with Precinct 60. <br />(o) Precinct 33 is consolidated with Precinct 39. <br />(p) Precinct 40 is consolidated with Precinct 65. <br />(q) Precinct 41 is consolidated with Precinct 42. <br />(r) Precinct 43 is consolidated with Precinct 62. <br />(s) Precinct 44 is consolidated with Precinct 66. <br />(t) Precinct 47 is consolidated with Precinct 67. <br />(u) Precinct 51 is consolidated with Precinct 52. <br />2. That for the conduct of said election, the County <br />precincts herein adopted shall be identified by letter designa- <br />tion in accordance with the following schedule: <br />
