4. The officers to be elected at said General Municipal <br />Election shall be four councilmen for the full term of four <br />years each. <br />5. The compensation of each of the election officers <br />hereby appointed, and in full therefor, is hereby fixed as <br />follovrs: $21.00 to each Inspector and $18.00 to each Judge <br />and $18.00 to each Clerk. <br />6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish or cause <br />to be published in the Redwood City Tribune in the time, form <br />and manner required by law, a notice of election, a. list of <br />election officers and polling places and a notice of nominees <br />for public office. <br />
