2. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Redwood City G.I.D. No. 1, 2, <br />3-65 - Agreement" (form dated 3/1/68), by and between the City <br />of Redwood City and Great Western Pipeline Co., Inc., for the <br />performance of said work in accordance with the above mentioned <br />plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement is presently <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by him of a contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br />-2- <br />
