(a) That the subject planned development permit shall <br />include both Blocks A and B, and that the conditions <br />and exceptions pertaining to Blocks A and B as <br />approved in those certain planned development permits <br />designated PD65-01 and PD67-02, which permits are on <br />file in the office of the Planning Department, shall <br />be applicable to planned development permit PD68-01 <br />insofar as consistent therewith. <br />(b) That the subject permit shall apply to Block A and <br />Block B regardless of future changes of ownership. <br />(c) That no exception shall be made to side yard require- <br />ments of the applicable zoning district for Lots 2 <br />and 19 of Block A relative to side yards adjacent to <br />real property not the subject of planned development <br />permit PD68-01. <br />(d) That the final subdivision map of the real property <br />which is the subject of planned development permit <br />PD68-01 be recorded prior to recordation of said <br />planned development permit PD68-01. <br />(e) That Lot 1 of Block A be maintained as <br />common open space as provided in deed <br />relating to the subject real property, <br />approved by the Planning Commission. <br />-2- <br />a permanent <br />restrictions <br />formerly <br />
