Funds for Construction <br />Observation Services, Cross-Connection Testing and Conversion, and Coordinate Final <br />Inspections and Contract Close-out are incorporated into the budget phase titled "CFUND," <br />which provides the funds for individual customer site retrofit efforts. <br /> <br />Task 9 - Customer Site Supervisor Training <br /> <br />Expand scope to include customer site supervisor training for up to four additional group bids <br />(Group Bids 2, 3 and 4 and HOA Group Bid). (Phase: 09TASK; Task: 0900) <br /> <br />Task 10 - As-Built Site Retrofit Documents <br />Expand scope to include as-built site retrofit documents for: <br /> <br />. up to 69 additional commercial meters <br /> <br />. up to 32 residential (HOA) meters <br /> <br />. upgrade of 11 meters at First Step sites <br /> <br />For budgetary purposes, the funds for this task are incorporated into the budget phase titled <br />"CFUND," which provides the funds for individual customer site retrofit efforts. <br /> <br />Task 11 - Program Management Support Services <br /> <br />This task has been completed and is closed; no changes are made to this task in this <br />amendment. <br /> <br />Task 12 - Supplemental Services <br /> <br />This task will be closed and remaining funds in the amount of $8,991 will be reallocated to the <br />budget phase titled "CFUND," which provides the funds for individual customer site retrofit <br />efforts.
