<br />Building, Energy, Green Building Standards Codes, together with
<br />certain amendments, exceptions, modifications and additions thereto,
<br />and the 2015 International Existing, Property Maintenance Codes, and
<br />the 2015 Uniform Plumbing, Mechanical Codes; and An Ordinance
<br />amending Sections 9.7 and 9.15 of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City

<br />Hold Public Hearing and receive public comment;
<br />Waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance Repealing Article II of
<br />Chapter 12 and adopting a new Article II of Chapter 12 adopting by
<br />reference the California Fire Code 2016 with local amendments;
<br />Waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance of the City of Redwood City
<br />repealing Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of Chapter 9 of the Redwood
<br />City Municipal Code and adopting new Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X
<br />of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Municipal Code adopting by reference
<br />Title 24, parts 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11 of the California Code of
<br />Regulations, namely the 2016 California Building, Residential, Electrical,
<br />Mechanical, Plumbing, Energy, Historical Building, Existing Building, Green
<br />Building Standards Codes, 2015 International Existing Building, Property
<br />Maintenance, Uniform Plumbing and Uniform Mechanical Codes, together
<br />with certain amendments, exceptions, modifications and additions thereto;
<br />and
<br />Waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance amending Sections 9.7 and
<br />9.15 of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Municipal Code; and
<br />Review and Consider the Statement of Exemption determination under
