The project includes a discussion outline <br />with significant detail. This document is not meant to be a stand- <br />alone explanation of results that the City should give to the Board. <br />An Executive Summary is a stand-alone report summarizing <br />results. An Executive Summary will not be prepared pursuant to <br />this Agreement. <br />Rate Stabilization Trust analysis. One of the options Consultant <br />is seeing agencies move towards is using an IRS §115 Irrevocable <br />Supplemental Pension Trust. A Rate Stabilization Trust Analysis <br />will not be prepared pursuant to this Agreement. <br />Timing: <br />Normally, consultant needs 4 to 6 weeks to complete the review. If the City decides to <br />have Consultant meet with City Council, another 2-4 weeks are needed to allow for <br />scheduling.
