6. 1. F. - Page 20 <br />TASK D. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MEETINGS <br />Judith Malamut and Greta Brownlow will undertake a variety of general project <br />management tasks throughout the process of preparing the Initial Study and will <br />coordinate with the CITY and various regulatory agencies/organizations, as needed. <br />Judith will provide input on and monitor the scope, budget, and scheduling of the <br />project. She will also ultimately be responsible for quality assurance for all work <br />undertaken and will review all prepared text, tables, and graphics before these materials <br />are presented to the CITY. She will also be available for consultation on environmental <br />review procedural matters. <br />Greta will coordinate the day-to-day activities associated with the project. Project <br />management tasks include regular client contact; contract management; oversight of <br />subconsultants and team members; schedule coordination; and development of <br />products. <br />Judith and Greta will both be available throughout the course of the environmental <br />process to meet or participate in conference calls with the CITY and other involved <br />agencies to gather information, review progress, review preliminary findings, discuss <br />comments and concerns about the project, and offer input into discussions on project <br />modifications (if considered by the CITY). The cost estimate includes attendance by <br />Judith and/or Greta at one in-person meeting and two teleconferences. Attendance at <br />additional meetings or hearings would be billed on a time and materials basis. <br />B. SCHEDULE <br />The proposed preliminary schedule for this scope of work is shown in Table 2.
