Close public hearing; <br />M/S Gee/Aguirre to close the public hearing. Motion carried 6-0-1, <br />by roll call vote, with Council Member Masur absent. <br />5. Council discussion; <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a Public Hearing and adopt a Resolution denying the appeal and <br />upholding the decision of Planning Commission to approve the Planned <br />Community Permit, including exceptions, and Tentative Map based on the <br />findings and subject to the conditions of approval, and upon consideration of <br />the checklist demonstrating compliance with the Stanford in Redwood City <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) as certified on September 13, 2013 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15551 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY DENYING THE APPEAL OF KRISTOPHER JOHNSON AND UPHOLDING <br />THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A PLANNED <br />COMMUNITY PERMIT, INCLUDING TWO EXCEPTIONS, AND TENTATIVE MAP <br />FOR PHASE 1 OF THE STANFORD IN REDWOOD CITY PROJECT LOCATED <br />AT 405,425,475,500-585 BROADWAY AND 1228 DOUGLAS AVENUE <br />Council Member Howard was no longer present due to technical challenges. <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to adopt a Resolution denying the appeal and <br />upholding the decision of Planning Commission to approve the Planned <br />Community Permit, including exceptions, and Tentative Map based on the <br />findings and subject to the conditions of approval, and upon consideration of <br />the checklist demonstrating compliance with the Stanford in Redwood City <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) as certified on September 13, 2013. <br />Motion carried 5-0-2 by roll call vote, with Council Member Howard and <br />Council Member Masur absent. <br />M/S Gee/Borgens to approve item 6.1.G from the Consent Calendar — Professional <br />Services Agreement for the Neighborhood Street Enhancement Program (Stanford in <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ December 12, 2016 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 9 <br />
