Order. The provisions of this ordinance shall be construed together as a whole <br />without reference to the order in which such provisions occur. <br />B. Greatest Amount of Regulation. If anv provision of this ordinance conflicts or is <br />inconsistent with anv other provision of this ordinance. or of anv other ordinance or <br />law. then the nrovision which imnoses the higher degree or ureater amount of <br />regulation or control regarding the same or similar subject matter shall Lyovern. <br />[Moved from 51.1C] <br />C. This ordinance shall be applicable to all other public bodies, excent as <br />otherwise nrovided for in Section 53090 et sea.
