6A.A. - Page 68 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN AMENDMENTS <br />Small Projects <br />Small Projects are projects in which no historic resource is located and does not involve new <br />building construction or building additions exceedinLy 35 ft. or three stories in height on the <br />project parcel and in which one of the following descriptions applies: 1) The application is <br />for the remodeling of an existing building in which no more than 10% new floor area is <br />added; 2) The application is for the remodeling of an existing building in which more than <br />10% new floor area is added, but in which the site is 30,000 square feet or less in size; 3) The <br />application is for new development in which the site is 30,000 square feet or less in size; or <br />4) The application is for signage only. <br />2.
