Replaced with language <br />from 43.1 and renamed "Applicability" <br />43.3 - Public Hearing. <br />This section was split. Timing statement was updated and moved to <br />41.3 (Review of Applications). Procedures for holding a hearing and <br />notice was moved to Article 41.4, 5 and 6. <br />
