City Code, Zoning Ordinance and Downtown Precise Plan <br />Amendments to Adjust Level of Review Authority and Make other <br />Minor Modifications <br />Diana O'Dell, Principal Planner, gave a Staff presentation on this item <br />(presentation on file). She gave the background and new review of <br />thresholds for height. She discussed call-up procedures, Zoning <br />Administrator Referrals, and reorganization and minor amendments. <br />She spoke about a key amendment that proposes a review requirement for <br />anything exceeding 35 feet.
