I have been shown a color photograph of a traffic cone painted with the words "RWC <br />2 <br />Water" which was allegedly in the vicinity of the driveway to 846 Portola Road, <br />3 <br />Portola Valley, California on or about the date February 4, 2016. <br />4 <br />5� <br />4. Although the traffic cone appears to be the property of Redwood City, no employees <br />6 <br />of Redwood City Public Works Services were performing trenching operations on <br />7 <br />behalf of Redwood City or Portola Valley at or near 846 Portola Road, Portola Valley, <br />S <br />California on or about February 4, 2016. <br />91 5. Redwood City Public Works Services never performs trenching operations in Portola <br />I 1 Valley, which is outside of the City of Redwood City's jurisdiction. <br />12 <br />6. Redwood City Public Works Services did not place the traffic cone in the vicinity of <br />13 <br />the driveway to 846 Portola Road, Portola Valley, California and I do not know why it <br />14 <br />was there on that day. <br />15 <br />16 7.
