Jefferson Avenue Lane Reconfiguration —The project shall revise the pavement <br />striping on Jefferson Avenue between Marshall and Bradford streets to match the <br />lane configuration currently in place on Jefferson south of Marshall Street. This <br />shall include installation of a Class 3 bike route between Bradford and Marshall <br />Streets. The signage and striping plans shall be submitted for approval by the City <br />Engineer. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />50. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the project <br />site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. The Engineer <br />shall approve the preferred layout of pavement and curb markings and the type <br />and location of parking meters. Parking stalls shall not inhibit required sight <br />distance from project driveways or require vehicles to back up across a crosswalk <br />to exit a parking stall. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />51. Parking Garage Ramps - Parking garage ramps shall meet the Design Criteria of <br />the Engineering Standards and consider safety and visibility of pedestrians to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />52. Loading Zone — Install required loading zone on Bradford Street. [COA] <br />[ENGINEERING] <br />53. Shoring for Excavations — No tiebacks shall extend into the public right of way <br />or onto adjacent properties without the written agreement of the City and/or private <br />property owner. Any tie -backs within the City's right of way shall be de -tensioned <br />or removed prior to permit sign -off and/or project acceptance. A Hold Harmless <br />Agreement approved by City Council is required for any shoring components (i.e. <br />soldier piles, lagging, de -tensioned tiebacks) permanently installed in the public <br />right of way. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />Fire and Safetv <br />54. Police Radios — Antennas or repeaters shall be installed as necessary throughout <br />the building, including all underground parking levels, to ensure there are no "dead <br />zones" with regard to police hand-held radios. [COA][POLICE] <br />55. Sequential Floor Numbering — All building floors and residential units shall be <br />sequentially numbered (e.g. First Floor units 100, 101, 102, etc.; Second Floor <br />units 200, 201, 202, etc.). [COA][POLICE] <br />56. Building Floor Maps —A floor map of the building and units shall be posted at the <br />building entrances as directed by Police and Fire. [COA][POLICE] <br />57.
