01/09/2017 <br />Sec. 12.29. SECTION 5806.2 AMENDED. <br />Section 5806.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />5806.2. Establishment of Geographical Limits in Which the Storage of Flammable <br />Cryogenic Fluids in Stationary Containers is prohibited. The storage of flammable <br />cryogenic fluids in stationary containers is prohibited in the following zoning districts: <br />RH (Residential — Hillside) District, R-1 (Residential — Single Family) District, R-2 <br />(Residential — Duplex) District, RG (Garden Apartments) District, R-3 (Multi -Family — <br />Low Density) District, R-4 (Multi -Family — Medium Density) District, R-5 (Multi -Family — <br />High Density) District, PO (Professional Office) District, CN (Neighborhood Commercial) <br />District, CB (Central Business) District, CG (General Commercial) District, TP (Tidal <br />Plain) District,—and MH (Mobile Home) District as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City. <br />Sec. 12.30. SECTION 6104.2.1. ADDED <br />Section 6104.2.1. is hereby added to read as follows: <br />6104.2.1. Establishment of Geographical Limits in Which the Storage of Liquefied <br />Petroleum Gas is Restricted. The geographic limits referred to in Section 6104.2 in <br />which storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: <br />RH (Residential — Hillside) District, R-1 (Residential — Single Family) District, R-2 <br />(Residential — Duplex) District, RG (Garden Apartments) District, R-3 (Multi -Family — <br />Low Density) District, R-4 (Multi -Family — Medium Density) District, R-5 (Multi -Family — <br />High Density) District, PO (Professional Office) District, CN (Neighborhood Commercial) <br />District, CB (Central Business) District, CG (General Commercial) District, TP (Tidal Plain) <br />District, and MH (Mobile Home) District as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City. The aggregate capacity of any one installation shall not exceed a water capacity of <br />2,000 gallons (7505 L). <br />SECTION 4. If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this ordinance or of <br />the Code hereby adopted should for any reason, be found invalid, it is intended that all <br />other portions of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be declared <br />invalid shall be valid. <br />SECTION 5. This Council finds and determines that pursuant to Section 50022.2 <br />of the Government Code, the City is authorized to adopt the International Fire Code <br />2015 and the California Fire Code 2016 by reference and amend same by ordinance. <br />SECTION 6. This adoption of this ordinance is categorically exempt from CEQA <br />pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3), as it is not a project which has the potential for causing <br />a significant effect on the environment. <br />SECTION 7.
