Adoption of resolutions authorizing the City Clerk and Agency Secretary to <br />accept real property deeds, grants, and easements on behalf of the City and <br />Redevelopment Agency, respectively — City Council and Redevelopment <br />Agency (608) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. That the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Clerk <br />or his /her designee to accept real property deeds, grants, and easements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14596 AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK OR HIS /HER <br />DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT GRANTS, DEEDS, AND EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10944 <br />2. Ordinance Amendment — National Pollution Discharge Elimination ( NPDES) <br />Permit and San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Management Plan for 2004 -2009 <br />Council Member Howard stated that at this time there is no identified funding for <br />this mandate. She asked that in the future, the Council Revenue Committee look <br />at ways to cover costs for such mandates.
