6.2 Section — Resolutions <br />B. Adoption of resolutions authorizing the City Clerk and Agency Secretary to <br />accept real property deeds, grants, and easements on behalf of the City and <br />Redevelopment Agency, respectively — City Council and Redevelopment <br />Agency (608) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. That the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Clerk <br />or his /her designee to accept real property deeds, grants, and easements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14596 AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK OR HIS /HER <br />DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT GRANTS, DEEDS, AND EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10944 <br />2. That the Redevelopment Agency adopt the attached decree authorizing the <br />Agency Secretary or his /her designee to accept real property deeds, grants, <br />and easements on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION RD 04 -02 AUTHORIZING THE REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SECRETARY OR HIS /HER DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT <br />GRANTS, DEEDS AND EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />6.3 Section — Ordinances (First Readings) <br />A. Ordinance Amendment — National Pollution Discharge Elimination ( NPDES) <br />Permit and San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Management Plan for 2004 -2009 <br />Council Member Howard stated that at this time there is no identified funding for <br />this mandate. She asked that in the future, the Council Revenue Committee look <br />at ways to cover costs for such mandates. (802) <br />Recommendation: <br />Introduce an ordinance amending the Municipal Code to add Article 27A, adding <br />Article II, Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Program, which <br />would include the California Regional Water Quality Control Board General <br />Order R2- 2003 -0023, amending the Countywide NPDES Municipal Stormwater <br />Permit, including requirements for Operations and Maintenance Agreements <br />ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 27A OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING ARTICLE <br />II, RELATING TO STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURES AND MAINTENANCE <br />PROGRAM MINUTE ORDER 04 -144 <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND JULY 26, 2004 <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 5 <br />MINUTES Book No. 60 <br />Page No. 272 <br />
