Sanitary Sewer Connection and Service - 970 Upland Road <br /> Staff contact: Peter Vorametsanti, Senior Civil Engineer 780- 7372 <br /> Peterv@redwoodcitV.orq <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing sanitary sewer connection and <br /> service to 970 Upland Road (unincorporated area of San Mateo County), in <br /> accordance with Redwood City Code, Chapter 27, Sanitary Sewerage Facilities, <br /> Section 27.53 - Inter-area Connections, subject to the following conditions and <br /> fees; <br /> 1. That council adopt this resolution as recommended; <br /> 2. That LAFCo approves the application for the subject connection' <br /> 3. That property owners extend the sewer main in Upland Road and make <br /> connection in accordance with City Standards, at their own expense; <br /> 4. That property owners pay a Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee; <br /> 5. That property owners pay a Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee; <br /> 6.
