Existing development in the project area includes one- and two-story, single- and multi- <br />family residences that are similar in appearance and of contemporary style. <br /> <br />4.1.1.2 State Scenic Highway <br /> <br />The project site is not located within a designated scenic vista or view corridor, and is not visible <br />from a designated scenic highway.
