Section 4.0 – Environmental Setting and Discussion of Impacts <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City 17 Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />Sandpiper Elementary School Facilities Expansion November 2016 <br />4.2 AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />4.2.1 Existing Setting <br /> <br />The project site is located in an urbanized residential area and is developed with a community center, <br />park, and elementary school. There is no property used for agricultural purposes on or adjacent to <br />the project site.
