-48- <br /> <br />Form of Opinion <br /> <br />The form of Bond Counsel’s anticipated opinion is included as APPENDIX E—FORM <br />OF FINAL OPINION OF BOND COUNSEL. The statutes, regulations, rulings, and court <br />decisions on which such opinion will be based are subject to change. <br /> <br /> <br />UNDERWRITING <br /> <br />Following a competitive sale, the Bonds were purchased by ____________, as <br />underwriter (the “Underwriter”), at a purchase price of $__________ (consisting of the <br />$___________ aggregate principal amount of the Bonds, plus $________ of net original issue <br />premium, less $__________ of Underwriter’s discount). <br /> <br />The initial public offering prices stated on the inside cover of this Official Statement may <br />be changed from time to time by the Underwriter.
