Appendix G <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Neither the Authority nor the Trustee can give any assurances that DTC, DTC Participants, <br />Indirect Participants or others will distribute payments of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on <br />the Bonds paid to DTC or its nominee, as the registered Owner, or any redemption or other notice, to the <br />Beneficial Owners or that they will do so on a timely basis or that DTC will serve and act in a manner <br />described in this Official Statement. <br /> <br />In the event that the book-entry system is discontinued as described above, the requirements of <br />the Trust Agreement will apply. <br /> <br />The City, the Authority and the Trustee cannot and do not give any assurances that DTC, the <br />Participants or others will distribute payments of principal, interest or premium, if any, evidenced by the <br />Bonds paid to DTC or its nominee as the registered owner, or will distribute any redemption notices or <br />other notices, to the Beneficial Owners, or that they will do so on a timely basis or will serve and act in the <br />manner described in this Official Statement.
