Approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />construction contract (Section 00520 of the project specifications) for <br />the Hudson Street Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project to <br />JJR Construction, Inc. of San Mateo for their responsive and <br />responsible low bid of $1,388,693.45 and authorize the City Manager <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the <br />original contract amount; <br />2. Find that the project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA under <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) as set forth in <br />the staff report <br /> <br />
