________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ January 9, 2017 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MINUTES PAGE 9 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2430 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 9.7 AND 9.15 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL <br />CODE REGARDING NOTICES TO ABATE NUISANCE AND EFFECTS ON <br />BUILDING CODE (Second Reading/Published on 12/16/2016, 12/23/2016 and <br />12/30/2016) <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Howard to hold a public hearing and receive public comment and <br />to waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance Repealing Article II of <br />Chapter 12 and adopting a new Article II of Chapter 12 adopting by <br />reference the California Fire Code 2016 with local amendments, and to <br />waive the second reading and adopt an Ordinance of the City of Redwood <br />City repealing Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of Chapter 9 of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code and adopting new Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, <br />IX and X of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Municipal Code adopting by <br />reference Title 24, parts 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11 of the California <br />Code of Regulations, namely the 2016 California Building, Residential, <br />Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Energy, Historical Building, Existing <br />Building, Green Building Standards Codes, 2015 International Existing <br />Building, Property Maintenance, Uniform Plumbing and Uniform Mechanical <br />Codes, together with certain amendments, exceptions, modifications and <br />additions thereto, and to waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance <br />amending Sections 9.7 and 9.15 of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code and review and consider the Statement of Exemption <br />determination under CEQA.
