RESOLUTION NO. 17-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE CONDOMINIUM PERMIT, <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (PD2016-004), AND TENTATIVE <br />MAP (TM2015-008) TO MERGE TWO PARCELS INTO A SINGLE <br />DEVELOPABLE LOT AND CONSTRUCT 10 THREE-STORY, FOR -SALE <br />RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS AT 910 WOODSIDE ROAD, BASED ON <br />THE FINDINGS AND SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />LISTED THEREIN <br />WHEREAS, on November 17, 2015, the Applicant, Valera Fooksman, submitted <br />a request for a Tentative Map to merge two parcels into a single developable lot, and <br />Condominium Permit and Planned Development Permit to construct 10 three-story, for - <br />sale residential condominiums at 910 Woodside Road (the Project) which is within the <br />Mixed Use - Neighborhood zoning designation; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 18, October 20, and November 3, 2016, the Architectural <br />Advisory Committee (AAC) held meetings to consider the proposed architecture and <br />voted 4-0 to recommend that the Planning Commission approve the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City is empowered <br />by the Redwood City Municipal Code to act upon applications for Condominium Permits; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City is empowered <br />by the Redwood City Municipal Code to act upon applications for Tentative Maps; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator of the City of Redwood City is empowered <br />by the Redwood City Municipal Code to act upon applications for Planned Development <br />Permits for a project area of less than one acre; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's policy is to bundle all project related applications and have <br />them acted upon by the highest approval authority, in this case the Planning Commission; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on January 17, 2017, the Planning Commission conducted a duly - <br />noticed public hearing, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Subdivision <br />Map Act, and the Redwood City Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinance, to consider <br />approval of the Condominium Permit, Tentative Map Application TM2015-008, and <br />Planned Development Permit Application PD2016-004; and <br />ATTY/RESO.0002/PC RESO 910 WOODSIDE <br />REV: 01-11-17 PR <br />Page 1 of 20 <br />
