Concrete mix <br />designs shall conform to California Department of Transportation <br />(Caltrans) Memo to Designers 10-5 January 2002 Protection of <br />Reinforcement Against Corrosion Due to Chlorides, Acids and <br />Sulfates. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />Soil Erosion and Sedimentation (Mitigation 16-3) — The applicant <br />shall prepare erosion control plans subject to City approval and <br />consistent with the required project Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br />Plans (SWPPPs) as well as Best Management Practices (BMPs) <br />specified by the Redwood City Stormwater Management and <br />Discharge Control Program (Municipal Code Chapter 27A). The <br />plans and BMPs shall be implemented during construction as <br />detailed in Mitigation 16-3 of the DTPP EIR. [COA][ENG I NEER] NG] <br />66. Downtown TDM — A final Transportation Demand Management (TDM) <br />program, describing the elements to be implemented, shall be reviewed and <br />approved prior to certificate of building occupancy. The TDM program shall <br />include an annual reporting requirement for the first three years that details <br />overnight parking utilization rates and resident use and awareness of the <br />program. Annual reporting shall be submitted on December 1 of each year <br />following the issuance of the certificate of occupancy. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />67. Notice of Right to Operations — Provide a "Notice of Right to Downtown <br />Operations" to all tenants prior to execution of any lease per DTPP Section <br />2.2.5. [SDR][PLANNING] <br />68. Window Visibility — Ground floor windows for non-residential uses shall <br />provide an unobstructed view into the building of at least 20 feet. <br />[SDR][PLANNING] <br />69. Scaled Model — Upon issuance of building permits, provide a scaled model <br />of the project per the City's specifications or adequate funds to build the <br />model for the City's use. [COA][PLANNING] <br />70. Signs — Future signs require a separate sign permit and shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Downtown Precise Plan and Chapter 3 of the Municipal <br />Code.
