01/19/2017 <br />Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated <br />herein. <br />Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby approves the ROPS 17-18, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, and hereby authorizes and <br />directs the City Manager to make necessary revisions or amendments to the ROPS form <br />based upon new direction or guidance from the State Department of Finance. <br />Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk to <br />transmit the approved ROPS 17-18, by mail or electronic means, to the San Mateo County <br />Auditor -Controller, the State Controller and the State Department of Finance by February <br />1, 2017. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of the <br />approved ROPS on the Successor Agency's website by February 1, 2017. <br />Section 5.
