WHEREAS, CH2M HILL of San Jose, California, represents that it is <br />qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement- Professional Consulting <br />Services— Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Environmental Documentation, <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and CH2M HILL of San Jose, California, for <br />the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />14418 <br />F:Atty/Reso /Reso.1280 2 <br />022002 <br />
