You are our partners in developing the uncommon and untapped human assets of our <br />communities, and these policies are designed to ensure the most optimal experience for your organization <br />and our Members. <br />You are responsible for understanding all of the material outlined below. Please review this document <br />carefully, even if you've read prior iterations. <br />1. Partner Organization Supervisor Expectations <br />Over the course of the 10 month program, Public Allies expects direct supervisors of Public Allies <br />AmeiiCmps Members to act as a partner in developing the leadership assets of the Ally, which <br />includes, but is not limited, to the following: <br />A. Provide your Member a minimum of 120o hours after the subtraction of Personal Time Off <br />(6 days). <br />B. Provide hands-on supervision and coaching for your-Alembcr in developing baseline <br />professional working skills needed to carry out his/her work. <br />C. .Support and challenge your Member in meeting placement objectives and graduation <br />requirements in order to graduatefrom the program. <br />D. Provide appropriate office spacefor your. Jlember. <br />Provide a thorough orientation and any training neeessaryfor yourblember to provide capacity <br />building services to your organization. <br />E. Complete all evaluations requested by Public Allies. <br />F. Review and approve your Sfembeessemi-monthlytimesheet and monthly member service <br />reflection online in the PISD (Personal Impact Service Documentation form) within 4 <br />business days of the end of the reporting period. <br />G. Consult with your Members Program Manager before changing your Member's position <br />description. <br />H. Provide formal feedback, to your Member on his or her performance at least twice during the <br />program year. You must use Public Allies performance evaluation tools and are free to use <br />any other tools your organization may use. These Supervisor of Member Performance <br />assessments are due on January 18, 2017 and Mov 17, 2017. <br />1. Attend your Alember's end of the yearpmwntation. <br />J. Attend your Afember's graduation seheduledfor-June 30,2017. <br />2.
