To Approve the contract documents and award the standard form construction contract <br />(Section 00520 of the project specifications) for the Hudson Street Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Improvements Project to JJR Construction, Inc. of San Mateo for their responsive and <br />responsible low bid of $1,388,693.45 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the original contract amount; <br />2.
