Waive first reading and introduce an Ordinance to amend section 20.96 of the Parking <br />Ordinance to establish a two-hour parking limit on Second Avenue, along the northwesterly <br />side from Bay Road to Broadway; <br />2. Schedule a second reading and adoption of the Ordinance for February 13, 2017; <br />3. Find that the ordinance is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) as set forth <br />in the staff report. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
