Being a portion of Lot numbered Twenty -Seven (27) as shown on that certain map entitled "Wooster <br />Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Farm" Filed in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 31 and copied into <br />Book 3 of Maps at Page 10. <br />Excepting Therefrom the Following Described Real Property <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue at the most Southerly corner of <br />Lot numbered Twenty -Seven (27) as shown on the map hereinafter described: <br />THENCE running Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue 40 feet; <br />THENCE running Northwesterly and parallel to the Southwesterly line of said Lot Twenty -Seven (27) <br />100 feet; <br />THENCE running Southwesterly and parallel to said Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue 40 feet <br />to said Southwesterly line of said Lot Twenty -Seven (27); <br />THENCE running Southeasterly and along said Southwesterly line of said Lot Twenty -Seven (27) 100 <br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Being a portion of Lot numbered Twenty -Seven (27) as shown on that certain map entitled "Wooster <br />Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Farm" Filed in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 31 and copied into <br />Book 3 of Maps at Page 10. <br />Containing: 305 Square Feet (0.093 Acre), More or Less <br />Parcel Three: <br />Portion of Lot numbered Twenty -Seven (27) as Designated on the map entitled "Wooster Whitton <br />and Montgomery's Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Farm" Filed in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 31 and copied into Book 3 <br />of Maps at Page 10, more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue distant thereon 41 feet <br />Northeasterly from the most Southerly corner of Lot Twenty -Seven (27) as shown on the map above <br />mentioned; <br />THENCE running Northwesterly and parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Lot Twenty -Seven <br />(27) 105 feet; <br />THENCE Southwesterly and parallel with said Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue 41 feet to the <br />said Southwesterly line of of said Lot Twenty -Seven (27); <br />THENCE Northwesterly along said last mentioned line 494.50 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />Southeasterly line of the property now or formerly owned by Albert Tristam; <br />THENCE Northeasterly along said line of said Tristam property 150 feet; <br />Page 2 of 3. <br />
