Exhibit C Legal Description for Lot Merger Adjusted Lands of Daines \ Choi 1904 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, California Legal Description The land referred to herein below is situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Portion of lot numbered Twenty -Seven (27) as shown on that certain map entitled "Wooster Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Farm", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 31 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at Page 10 and a portion of Lot 1 in Block 1 as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of Subdivision of Lots 29 and 31 of the Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Farm", Redwood City, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on May 12, 1910 in Book 7 of Maps at Page 18, described as a whole as follows: BEGINNING on the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue, at its intersection with the dividing line between said Lot Twenty -Seven (27) and said Lot 1; THENCE running Northeasterly along said Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue North 440 30' 00" East forty-four and 30/100 feet (44.30') to the intersection of the said Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue and the Southwesterly line of Ruby Street; THENCE running Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line of Ruby Street North 450 30' 00" West one -hundred and 00/100 feet (100.00') to a point, said point being the beginning of a tangent curve on the said Southwesterly line of Ruby Street; THENCE continuing along said tangent curve on the Southwesterly line of Ruby Street being a curve to the right, having a radius of one -hundred and ninety-seven and 38/100 feet (197.38') through a central angle of 10 27' 06" for a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to the southeast corner of Lot 1 as delineated on that certain map entitled "Map of McCullagh Park", recorded on October 11, 1946 in Book 26 of Maps at Page 27 in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County; THENCE along the Southeasterly line of last said Lot 1 South 443 30' 00" West forty-three and 86/100 feet (43.86') to the Southwest corner of last said Lot 1, being also a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 27; THENCE along said Southwesterly line of said Lot Twenty -Seven (27) South 45° 30' 00" East five and 00/100 feet (5.00'); Thence South 440 30' 00" East zero and 50/100' feet (0.50'); THENCE running parallel to said Southwesterly line of Lot Twenty -Seven (27 )South 45° 30' 00" East one -hundred and 00/100 feet (100.00') to said Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue; Page 1 of 2.
