June 30, 2017 <br />• Supervise updates of website, work <br />plan and CDE documents. <br />• Attend CCPC meetings and take <br />minutes. <br />CCPC Strategic Plan • Work with Coordinator, Co -Chairs and July 2016 — <br />Agreement RWC_CCPC 7/1/16-6/30/17 <br />ad hoc Strategic Plan Committee to <br />June 2017 <br />update Strategic Plan and to support <br />CCPC committee structure and work <br />plans for 2016-17. <br />CCPC Member and <br />• Support committee work as needed. <br />Sept 2016 — <br />Committee Support <br />. Oversee the <br />June 2017 <br />development of the Facility Needs <br />Assessment and the Facility Check <br />List.
