Page J -1 Noise Element. There is nothing we can do about arterial or <br />freeway noise but we can and should include a statement of positive <br />action stating, "The noise levels from the San Carlos Airport are of <br />serious concern and the Redwood City Council will take all appropriate <br />steps to deal with the abatement of that noise." <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Greenalch determined it to be consensus of the Council <br />to direct the Planning Director to make the subject change. <br />p.
