Resolution in honor of Jean Cloud. <br />Vice Mayor La Berge congratulated Jean Cloud for r ceiving the Continuing <br />Service Award from the California State PTA and ad ised she will present the <br />Redwood City Resolution to Jean Cloud at the Founders Day luncheon on <br />February 28, 1990. <br />Title read. Resolution in honor of Earth Day. <br />Carolyn Nobles, 3720 Country Club Drive, Redwood City, spoke in support of <br />endorsing legislative action protecting our environment, urged support of <br />the Global Cities Project, and advised "think globally and act locally." <br />Bob Rutherford, 1200 Chesapeake, Redwood City, President of the Marine <br />Ecological Institute, spoke in support of Earth day and the Global Cities <br />project. <br />Title read.
