Award of Contract - Linden Park Reconstruction Project (304) <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the Linden Park Reconstruction Project to C2R Engineering, Inc. <br />of Mountain View, California for their responsive and responsible low bid in <br />the amount of $432,915 and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to <br />exceed $476,206.50, and find that the proposed project is categorically <br />exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 and 15304 <br /> MINUTE ORDER 17-011 <br /> B.
