The permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The 13th Annual Stanford Treeathlon shall be conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City. <br /> <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted within a portion of <br />the Westpoint Marina and on portions of Seaport Blvd. east of Blomquist. For <br />March 4, 2017, activities will be restricted entirely within the loop of Seaport Blvd. <br />that encompasses the Pacific Shores business complex. For March 5, 2017, only <br />one lane, in each direction, of Seaport Blvd. will be restricted to bicycle traffic, <br />leaving one lane, in each direction, open and available for vehicular use. <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The 13th Annual Stanford Treeathlon shall be conducted on <br />Saturday, March 4, 2017 and Sunday, March 5, 2017. Set-up shall begin at <br />approximately 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, with the event commencing at 12:00 p.m. <br />on March 4th and ending by 3:00 p.m on March 5th.
