Buildinq Official LaTorra presented the staff report, corrected Attachment No. 1 describing the benefits of in -house construction and upgrading the city phone system. Councilmembers expressed concern regarding the lack of adequate facilities for the Housing and Redevelopment Agency and future moving plans for Human Resources and other departments.
