6. ADMINISTERING AGENCY shall, along with recording the deed or instrument evidencing title <br />in the name of the ADMINISTERING AGENCY or their assignee, also record an Agreement <br />Declaring Restrictive Covenants (ADRC) as a separate document incorporating the assurances <br />included within Exhibits A and B and Appendices A, B, C and D of this AGREEMENT, as <br />appropriate. <br />Page 6 of 26 <br />
