Integration with CMMS <br />Consultant will be delivering to City a live asset management plan that can be maintained and kept up-to- <br />date by staff. Consultant will provide training to staff on maintaining the on-going monitoring program to <br />track facilities, work performed, re -prioritization of maintenance projects, and how to update this <br />information in the database. The data from the FCA can be exported to Excel or ODBC Database for data <br />migration to most CMMS or work -order systems. <br />Consultant can prepare the data in a XML or XLS format that City can utilize for migration to City's TMA <br />system. City will ask TMA for their data mapping fields and supply Consultant with this schema. Consultant <br />will map the fields accordingly and give City this file.
