EXHIBIT B <br />FEE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />I. Invoices <br />A. Contractor will bill separately for all work performed in the City of Redwood City <br />under this Agreement. Invoices will itemize the work performed according to the <br />payment schedule below. <br />B. Contractor will send invoices to the SMCMVCD Operations Director for <br />verification and approval. The Operations Director will forward the approved <br />invoices to the City for payment.
