CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 8 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee requested to pull Item 6.1.H: Extension to the Exclusive <br />Negotiating Rights Agreement for the Bradford Street Affordable Housing Development <br />for further discussion. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding item 6.1.H. Motion <br />carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee requested the following amendment be added to item 6.1.H: <br />Continue to preserve the pool of competitors that submitted applications for this project <br />in the event that a Disposition and Development Agreement is not executed, and <br />provide an update to the City Council in six months. <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Borgens to approve item 6.1.H, as amended.
