Of these, 4% <br />will be seniors (for the purposes of this <br />proposal, senior is defined as 55 and older.) <br />Other Secondary Collaborative Actions Outreach and Emphasis to be Conducted <br />Provide a minimum of 3,400 shelter bed 48 Households June 30, 2005 <br />nights to Redwood City homeless <br />individuals, couples, and families <br />Provide 3 meals a day to each homeless 48 Households June 20, 2005 <br />individual from Redwood City served by <br />CMA's shelter programs <br />Achieve a minimum of 55% success rate in 48 Households June 30, 2005 <br />discharging Redwood City residents served <br />into more stable form of housing. <br />1 Primary Quantitative Contract Goals are the number of households/persons you <br />will assist under this contract.
