Agreement No, Exhibit A Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the Citv of Redwood Citv. 1. Description of Services to be Performed by Contractor In consideration of the payments set forth in Section 2, Exhibit A, Amount and Method of Payment, Contractor shall provide the following services: Contractor (City of Redwood City) shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and supervision necessary to provide complete and continuous care of all lawn, trees shrubs and ground covers, for on-going maintenance and other landscaping services at Garfield School Playing Fields as per attached Proposal "Exhibit B". Contractor shall submit a cost report of any additional work and the additional work shall be authorized in writing by the Director of the Office of Sustainability or his designated representative before said work is performed. Contractor shall walk the entire site each month with a County representative to ensure that all operations are being completed in a satisfactory manner. Contractor shall obtain all license and permits required by City, County, State and School District authorities. The term of this Agreement is for July 1, 2016 through July 1, 2018 at the fees quoted on the attached Proposal dated August 1, 2016, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. July's payment will be paid using the previous rate schedule. 2. Amount and Method of Payment In consideration of the services provided by Contractor pursuant to Section 1, Exhibit A, Description of Services to be Performed by Contractor, and subject to the terms of the Agreement, County shall pay Contractor based on the following schedule and terms: Please see attached "Exhibit B" for rate schedule. Payment shall be made upon receipt of a written itemized invoice identifying the County project number, complete scope of work, specific work completed, number of hours involved and breakdown of charges. In any event the total payment for service shall not exceed $69,250.00 (Sixty Nine Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars and 00/100 cents). In any event, the County shall have the right to withhold payment if the County determines that the quantity and/or quality of the work performed is unacceptable.
